Iyengar Yoga for back problems
This is a Therapy class for new or existing students with serious or non-specific back problems . This class will run most of the year Thursdays at 10am – 11.15am The classes will be taught by Andrew Hall and assisted by other teachers. The class is £15 drop per class via Paypal on the website or on arrival either cash or bank transfer . Please get in touch with us for any queries. This class will start September 2026
