Iyengar Yoga for back problems
This is a brand new class for new or existing students. It is for those with back problems or back stiffness. This course will run most of the year round apart from late Spring/ Summer months. We start on Thursday 12th September 2024 – time 4.15 – 5.30pm. The classes will be taught by Jayne Orton & Andrew Hall and assisted by other teachers. The class is £15 drop in on arrival either cash or bank transfer or a 10 class card can be purchased at the discounted price of £120. the card to be used for this class only.
