These Advanced workshops are taught by Jayne Orton and are for all levels of Iyengar yoga teacher, trainees/mentees at all levels are also invited to attend. We will work intensely on 3 chosen asanas from either level 3 or 4 RIMYI syllabus in each workshop and also the related asanas from levels 1 & 2 of the syllabus.
The workshops will be followed by tea/coffee/snacks where teachers can socialise in the friendly atmosphere of the Institute to discuss yoga further and to ask any questions.

This workshop will explore practical approaches and reflexive thought processes that develop in Iyengar Yoga Classrooms. We will work on themes to be diverse, body positive and inclusive. There will be practical work, discussion and group work. We will have a break for an hour mid-way and hot drinks will be provided.
