Medical Class
This is a 5 week pre-book course only for those with back and/or neck /shoulder problems that are more serious and cannot be dealt with in a regular class. Each student will be given a specific programme on the course dealing with the issues and will be led by Jayne Orton who will be assisted by other qualified Iyengar teachers. Next block of 5 starts January 2024. The cost is £75 for a 5 week course or £20 drop in – and you will need a zoom /phone/Institute consultation with Jayne before booking.
