Free Trial Class For Friends And Family Members! 10.30 Til 12 Noon.
A chance for existing students to bring along friends/family members to the Institute for a Free trial class and to find out more about Iyengar yoga. Class taught by our Senior teacher Jayne Orton. Please telephone or email to book a place as numbers are limited!

Iyengar Yoga For Runners Workshop 2-4p.m.
This is a workshop specifically designed for runners who are new to Yoga taught by Andrew Hall. Cost is £8.00 - No need to book -just turn up.

Taught by Andrew Hall for all levels of Iyengar yoga students except complete beginners. Cost £15 bookable in advance at the Institute

Moderated this year by Brenda Booth from Kent this day is for all levels of Iyengar Yoga teacher. Cost is £20 please book in advance by lst November.Timings are lp.m. until 7.p.m. approximately.

Judi Sweeting and Tig Whattler run the Cotswold Iyengar Yoga Centre and make a popular return to IYIOB to teach a workshop for all levels of students of Iyengar yoga and teachers of Iyengar Yoga.

A 5 day general level intensive run by Senior teacher Jayne Orton for students and teachers of Iyengar yoga only. (no complete beginners)- Daily 9.30a.m. to 2.30pm. Last day will be from 9.a.m. til l2noon.Light snacks will be provided each day and hot drinks. Cost £160 payable in advance. Please send cheque payable to Jayne Orton to the Institute by lst December.
