Christian is an Advanced teacher and June a Senior one,together they run the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Nice. This weekend will be aimed at all levels except complete beginners.Inversions should be practised.

Friday 6-9.p.m - Ł35
Saturday 10.am. to 4p.m. - Ł45
Sunday 9.a.m. til 12 noon - Ł35

Residential Intensive Course With Jayne Orton
The theme of this intensive will be on moving from the basics to the more Advanced poses. The course is for all levels of student and teacher except beginners. Taught by Jayne Orton at the Albrighton Hall Hotel, Shropshire. Course includes all tuition and full board. cost is Ł495 sharing and Ł575 for a single. Please contact Jayne for a booking form. Professional Development Day 2012
For teachers of Iyengar yoga. Moderator will be; Tricia Booth. This will be a day workshop taught by Tricia. The theme this year will be how to deal with Non-specific back & knee problems in general classes.Timings are lpm. til approximately 5.30p.m.
The cost is Ł25, payable to Ganesh by 10th September at the lastest.

All courses and special yoga days are for those students/teachers committed to the teaching of B.K.S. Iyengar. The Institute will not give places on these days to teachers of other methods of yoga.
